3 ppl went to the peak on a Saturday morning. By lunch time I was very hungry. So we went for a buffet at Mina House. Since the weather has chilled a bit, I wanted to start off with something warm. Hence I chose the soup. It was a creamy corn soup with crab meat. The crab meat was quite generous, hence it’s quite filling. After the soup I went on to have some salad. (Would be better if there were some sauce to dip them into)
There were a few choices of salad dressing to choose from and I had the olive oil with vinegar. There were only 2 options of cold cut a little bit more would be better.
Move to main course, of coz had the slow cooked prime rib. Taste was good but expected better as they were in a steak house. Also an must do improvement suggestion. Pre heat plate for the main is basic. It would up lift the whole experience but I still had 2 rounds
To finish off I just had some fresh fruit and a chocolate puff and a small chocolate cup cake.
Overall it’s ok. But I think the air con cool down the food faster than expected so again pre heat plate for hot dishes and for the deep fried items make less and refilling them more often.
