Recommended by Hong Kong Living, my friend and I decided to visit this Vietnamese restaurant. Needless to say, their signature beef pho features Angus rib, beef tongue and oxtail just bloomed my mind. The 24-hour broth is beefy, savoury that goes well with all ingredients in the bowl. A delicate touch is homemade Chinese doughnuts which you can enjoy by dipping into the broth. An extra beef bone marrow was order to enhance the layer of flavours. Lastly, a Vietnam exclusive filter coffee with fruity and acidic flavours balance the savoury taste of beef pho.

Overall, highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for innovative Vietnamese cuisine with comfy seating, plus, they have al fresco seating that suitable for pet-lover and people who enjoy open space.
