I don’t understand why Michelin has awarded them a star. When I made a reservation for a dinner table a week ago, I specifically requested the restaurant to provide a baby chair for a 1 yr old baby and assigned us a table in a “relatively” spacious area (coz babies can’t be vaccinated). I don’t understand why Michelin has awarded them a star. When I made a reservation for a dinner table a week ago, I specifically requested the restaurant to provide a baby chair for a 1 yr old baby and assigned us a table in a “relatively” spacious area (coz babies can’t be vaccinated). They said they would arrange.

Guess what, when we arrived, they assigned us to the table in the most crowded area (with people walking around from all angles) and even more outrageous, they didn’t reserve us a baby chair and all baby chairs were taken. There were better tables (more spacious) but they decided to give to other guests (who have no babies).

They didn’t offer any alternative and didn’t care as apparently my family member heard from a waitor/waitress that there were other guests on waitlist who could take our table. I asked them how they could put customer service at such a low priority. They said they didn’t need to explain how they run the restaurant....

I booked this restaurant due to the recommendation from the Michelin Guide but please note that Michelin doesn’t evaluate on service apparently. I hope my feedback would give you an idea of what customer service you could potentially receive when you dine here.
