Lobster Bisque –The lobster meat was tough and bisque taste horrible.Ostrich Meat with Naan Bread –The Ostrich taste good with the sauce but the onions were raw. If the chef doesn’t know his stuff, he should really not include those kind of dishes onto the menu.
I ate these type of food around North America and Europe. I would think that Hong Kong could produce much better quality than this restaurant. I was ready to pay for this supposedly high-class restaurant but the quality of the food is EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. You are charging people a lot of money for crappy food.
The service was So-So.
The view is amazing but it still doesn’t make up for the entire experience.
