I was thrilled my husband booked OOULI to celebrate my birthday and Valentines today, but it turned out really bad and ruined our moment. We arrived on time at 8:30pm and there was packed. They told us to wait outside the lift corridor for 15 minutes as some of diners arrived late and their dining time got extended. We eventually waited until 9:10pm but no one care to come out and explained exactly when we can get our table. Resentment summoned among the customers in the queue, I was too hungry

They told us to wait outside the lift corridor for 15 minutes as some of diners arrived late and their dining time got extended. We eventually waited until 9:10pm but no one care to come out and explained exactly when we can get our table. Resentment summoned among the customers in the queue, I was too hungry and angry and gave up lastly, asked them to refund my deposit. This kind of poor service in such a high price restaurant lose my appetite and made me speechless.
