Extremely poor customer service

Went during tea time. One of only three tables with at least three staff there. They have a 1/2/3 choices deal and when ordering the 3 item choice deals they said you can only get two. When I pointed to the menu to show that there is a 3 option advertised they then figured out how to take the order in the phone. Between the two of us, we ordered 6 different items in both English and then again in Cantonese to ensure it was correct stressing one of each and pointing to the pictures on the menu. S

When I pointed to the menu to show that there is a 3 option advertised they then figured out how to take the order in the phone. Between the two of us, we ordered 6 different items in both English and then again in Cantonese to ensure it was correct stressing one of each and pointing to the pictures on the menu. Somehow they ordered two of one thing and when confronting them about it the waiter took it back to the kitchen and a woman was yelling in canto about how it was ordered and can’t be exchanged. So after an arduous ordering process they still managed to not get it right and then refused to give us what we had asked for.

Needless to say, I won’t be back.
