Most bakeries in Hong Kong have some sort of gimmick that make them really popular, for example some sort of new matcha thing, or the mochi bread that has become inexplicably popular.In contrast, I feel Lily’s doesn’t have a signature thing, though they have donuts which I guess are somewhat unique for the area.Overall, pretty much all the bread here is good. FYI, donuts take 15 minutes to make, so you either have to call ahead or stick around for 15-20 mins.
