I booked a table for 1 and arrived on time. There was no one in the dining area for 5 mins so I just stood there not knowing what to do. A customer noticed me and looked over several times. I felt extremely uncomfortable. And then finally the one and only waiter/ manager came. He led me to a table and took my order. I ordered a set lunch and it took them 25 mins to bring me the food. I didn’t order anything fancy a la carte and I didn’t expect the set lunch to take so long. And to my surprise, a
And then finally the one and only waiter/ manager came. He led me to a table and took my order. I ordered a set lunch and it took them 25 mins to bring me the food. I didn’t order anything fancy a la carte and I didn’t expect the set lunch to take so long. And to my surprise, and other group of three got their set lunch served within 10mins.
Everybody else that comes with friends or in a group, they obviously get better service because everybody except me has a glass on their table and the waiter even refilled water for them.
So if you come alone, I am afraid that the waiter won’t even be very interested in serving you. You will be starving for half an hour before you get your food. In my opinion, if this restaurant doesn’t have enough staff to serve the customers, they should cancel the set lunch and just keep the buffet.
