Had business to handle over lunch thus had a quick one here. The staff were friendly and warm. I ordered the assorted sashimi rice, the scallop was the freshest and had a nice firm texture, the salmon however tasted like it had been frozen for too long and had a "freezer flavour", the minced tuna was less fresh and was likely prepared from the previous day's foodstock. The remaining fish and shrimp were of mediocre quality. This set came with the customary miso soup which was a bit too salty for
One point about the service though, it was a wait longer than 15 minutes for this set. Patrons who arrived later than we did managed to finish ahead of us. The price was friendly at $83, the service was satisfactory and the food fair - but the long wait blotted the whole dining experience.
