I didnt notice there's a good restaurant in this hotel until I received the birthday coupons from Cathy AE card. They gave me 15% discount and a birthday cake!Viewoor it's blocked by the site of Convention Centre! All I could see was just 2 strong lights from the site. We have ordered 和牛清湯，生牛肉沙律，黑松露pizza，羊架，兩杯紅酒。
和牛清湯: good! The beef taste was strong. Just slightly salty.
生牛肉沙律: Oh! It's really fresh, soft and smooth. It came with some rockets and cheese. I love rocket very much. However, it's too good! The taste was stronger than the beef. If I wanted to taste the beef, it's better to eat it alone without eating with the rockets.
黑松露pizza: the taste of truffle was very strong! I could smell it when the pizza was put on my table. I could taste the truffle from every bite! And the pastry was so crispy! Cant imagine it only costed $155!
羊架: I love lamb! And this one was really my taste! Fresh and tender. Good!
紅酒: They only provided 2 kinds of red wine serving in glass. One was from California and one was from Italy. We ordered both. The Italy red wine was strong and fruity. However, it was not very good drinking with food. Some bitter taste came out after eating. It's better to drink alone. The California one was good to go with food! The taste became stronger after eating!
The blueberry cheese cake: it's free because of the bday coupon. Smooth, good but I was too full to try a big piece. We took it home instead.
Well, the total cost was $830 after 15% discount. Fair enough. And I think I'll go there again to try other pizzas. Because the truffle pizza was the best in this dinner!
