杏仁片焗龍利柳配紅菜頭乳酪 $78 Baked Sole Filled and Almonds with Beetroot Yogurt

The beetroot yoghurt was a special flavouring to the plate. The taste was unique. Might have taken too much shots and the fish fillet turned cold quickly. Almond was rather dry that was seemingly the only drawback of the plate. Would prefer something to be slightly more wet especially to execute the fish fillet.
