Canadian Pizza was the name of the restaurant as I saw it from across the street. As a Canadian, I was a bit curious. Why not American Pizza? Or Italian? Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge even for dining in. They also offer a slice of pizza for $42.
For dine in, they request you clip the receipt onto the plastic partition so they know where to bring your slice. The pizzas are reheated before serving. But what was a really nice touch is they further sliced the pizzas in half so it was easier to pick up and eat.
I had the Hawaiian pizza. This was really good. Lots of pineapple and ham. The crust was crisp and held together well. A generous smathering of cheese. The tomato sauce was a bit on the sweet side but there was a generous portion of it.
Boyfriend had the Bacon Cheeseburger. There was bacon, beef, pork sausage and lots of cheese. A very generous amount of toppins as well. And nothing fell apart.
Probably one of the best takeaway style pizzas in the city we've been to. Reminded me a bit of the Mother of Pizzas when they first started out, before their quality decreased while their prices increased. Hopefully more branches will open up closer to me!
