First time to witness sushi chef dissecting the entire tuna fish (farm raised). Ordered the tuna combo ( maguro, chutoro, toro ). Can’t get fresher than this. However, the choice cut of the evening was the tuna collar sushi - marbeled with good balance. For me, the highlight was the grilled fish collar (Kama). It was grilled to perfection!Very juicy inside and I would give it 100pts. 😻😻😻Great atmosphere throughout the evening and they explained different cuts of the fish as they dissected it.Be
