This is the first time I visited this private kitchen. As I needed to organise this Farewell Party for two lovely friends, we have over 25 people. When I checked with the Chef, the cost was about HK$200 with 10 courses. Sounded great to me. The restaurant located at a very convenient location near Times Square but need to walk up staircase to 3/F. The setting was nice. The restaurant located at a very convenient location near Times Square but need to walk up staircase to 3/F. The setting was nice. I was a bit worry the food might not up to the standard as it is not expensive. However, after trying the first 3 dishes, sweet potato and pumkin soap, plum pickled tomato and wasabi salad, I confirmed I have picked the right choice. As we started having the 6th and 7th dishes, we all felt very full and all my friends think the quality of each dish was over our expectation. On contrary, I thought the shrimp dish would be good as I am shrimp lover. Maybe because it was the 8th dishes, I think peeling the shell was a bit troublesome and not very special. Overall, great food and nice place for around 20 people of party.
題外話/補充資料: Hope the Chef will design more creative and delicious dishes.
