Happened to be the same day as my anniversay with my wife, we decided to try Cuisine Cuisine about a week ago. We have to pay the deposit with my credit card about a week ago (I think it's Father's day special and they want to make sure we are showing up), and was told can only enjoy the dim sum between 10:30am to 12:30pm which is fine, plenty of time. Here is my rating system: 10/10: best, must come back to try it again. 9/10: slightly imperfection, have room of improvement, but far better than

10/10: best, must come back to try it again.
9/10: slightly imperfection, have room of improvement, but far better than lot of places, must order next time.
8/10: better than lot of places that I try, will order again.
7/10: good taste, will order again next time.
6/10: good, slightly better than average, can't think of a reason to go back and order the same dish.
5/10: average, 50% chances you can have the same good quality food somewhere else. Not worth to come back and try it.
4/10 to 1/10: below average, not worth to try it.
蝦餃: Pretty good taste. 8/10
XO醬炒蘿蔔糕: 9/10 my kids love it.
芝心蝦春卷: 8/10 like the way they have cheese inside.
煎餃子: 7/10 could be better, look funny with the bottom up.
牛肉球: 5/10 nothing special, same as everywhere else.
蝦腸: 5/10 not sure why we ordered it, probably the kids like the rice paste, but nothing special about it
鳳爪: 6/10 average taste, but at least not oily.
豉油皇煎腸粉: 7/10 OK, can order it one more time, a few rolls and not enough portion.
叉燒包: 7/10 we had 2 orderes, kids love it. I am not a 叉燒包 person.
題外話/補充資料：
Kids friendly: I think so, they prepared the kids plates and cups ahead of time, also with high chairs. Like it :)
Dim sum: average to above average, not sure how it can be 2 star restaurant.
Service: need to look around and wave to get someone attention.
Tea: we have 9 person and only give us one tea pot. We asked for the second one, and when they refill the water, the second one never came back again. We have to ask for it again. 2 star restaurant....I had much better service somewhere else.
點心質素仍有進步空間,
而服務方面就因人手短缺問題.
