Dear ReadersBeen here few times. Nice Curry but this time I takeout. I decided to remove the oil as much as I can for personal health reason. You can see the oil turn hard fat pretty soon. I request the owner to change the process of preparing and use a healthy oil option or give customer less as much oil in the Curry. As this was Udon Noodle so the Curry was more soup base.
