I am a Korean American married to a Chinese American trying to find a regular place to eat Korean food on HK island. I've tried 5 places so far in TST, CWB and TKS and so far Kaya is our favorite. The meat quality and marinade for kalbi is good. The soondubu jigae is the best we've had in HK. The banchan is fresh and the selection has been different the 3 times we've been.
