A restaurant worth revisiting again and again! Second time visiting this restaurant, it has already became my favourite Spanish restaurant in Hong Kong. Their Spanish food even taste better then what I ate in Spain. Really enjoy my time in this atmospheric restaurant, totally in love with the friendly dinning environment.They features a wide range of traditional yet modern, multi-regional tapas dishes. It is definitely the best place for a Spanish tapas feast.Other then the pretty looking tapas

Other then the pretty looking tapas, their paella is also amazing. I tried two of their paella, the medium grain rice is well cooking with flavoured base. How the rice soaked the seafood flavour is the main reason that make the paella lovable!

My favourite dishes of this restaurant is the slow cooked Spanish pork ribs, glazed with Demi glaze & cauliflower idiazabal cream. They're really tender and the meat is so flavorful that you don't have to add extra sauce.

I have also tried their signature dishes
avocado and lobster roll, an iconic dish originating from El Bulli. The small log of lobster meat draped in perfect slices of avocado, with topping of salmon roe, caviar and saffron-hued edible flowers.
