Had wanted to try Azure's semi-lunch for so long and finally got time for it with my foodie best friend! There were a lot of options for the appetizers and here's only part of it.
From the top - mozzarella cheese and tomato: quality mozzarella and sweet tomato!
- smoked toro: freshhh and it just melted immediately lol a pretty good selection
- grilled eggplant and cucumber: a bit overcooked, too soft and you can tell they're placed for some time since they're cold
- penne with tuna salad: tuna was okay but the penne was a little undercooked
- Thai style sour salad (turnips): totally freshened up by the sour sauce! Fav among all it just simply boosts your appetite
Each person can also choose the European platter (seafood) or Asian platter (sashimi ) and so me and my best friend ordered both
seafood platter: shrimps were pretty big in size and tasted great , my best fd had the crab and oysters she said they're both so fresh and fell in love!
sashimi: even better than some Japanese restaurants! Super fresh is all I can say....the salmon was filling and the toro was just topnotchMain courses~
Mushroom risotto: strong aroma came into the way and one just can't resist... huge mushrooms with well-cooked risotto that gave a great mouthfeel. The rich 'cheesy' sauce was soo addictive! well done
Best friend's chicken breast : nothing special, it was kind of rough and tasted like chicken mcnuggets somehow lol
Desserts finally! Sweetness overloaded From top left to right:
- marshmallow on chocolate mousse: the mousse was too sweet, but the marshmallow somehow balanced out the sweetness
- panna cotta: not smooth enough but rich taste
- toffee pudding: the best of all! Strong toffee taste but not too filling (:
- milk pudding: kind of like the panna cotta actually but rich milk
- egg pudding: the small size just fits and it tasted as if you're eating a steamed egg! Another great choice of dessert
題外話/補充資料：
Great price for such quality food! We used the openrice coupon which only cost us around $180 per head. Nice services from the staffs as well (:
