Shots - Ferris Wheel $688A 12-shot wheel for a group of friends! The attractive looking wheel is not only an eye-candy but also a delicious treat because it is made out of Marshmallow syrup, with a French June Grapes Leaf Liquor, Fresh Grapes, as well as some refreshing sour Yuzu juice.
At first I thought it's not a strong drink because it's a bit sweet in taste, but I was told that it is not as light as I thought because the JUNE liquor has 40% alcohol content. Wait, I think I am feeling tipsy slowly after 2 shots!
Cocktail - Sake Rickey $98Next, we have a taller drink which is a sake and gin based drink, made with The Drunken Pot Sake, Ford’s Gin, Mancino Bianco, Fresh Perilla, and again refreshing yuzu.
The bartender is skilful and he's very knowledgable about each of every bottle of the spirit and the drinks that he makes.
Comparatively, this is a slightly sweeter drink but not too sweet. It has a subtle sourness from the yuzu, which is great for any bar food or a pre-dinner drink before we head down to The Drunken Pot for a hotpot dinner!
I am glad that one more decent bar is opened in TST East so that we don't have to go to Cwb / those really crowded and way too smokey Beer Pong bars in Knutsford Terrace (no offence) :x
