Food is always boring in the New Territories.So glad this ramen joint finally opened.Had the spicy chicken ramen which was spicier than anticipated so I will stick to pork bone broth next time.The noodle were al dente just as requested and the soup was thick and consistent with the other branches.It was quite salty so I was quite thirsty after eating the noodles.
