The taste of this cake was really nice, the texture of the chocolate cake was firm and slightly dry which was balanced by the smooth chocolate butter cream which had a faint salty taste.The chocolate had a strong rich cocao taste with a touch of bitterness so if you like proper Western cakes, then this the cake for you.
It is a fun cake to share because people will be impressed by the Mickey Mouse shape on the slices.
