Sow is the sister store of Loft 7 in Tai Kok Tsui. It takes the fine dinning fusion route 🍽and adds local elements to western food to bring out its unique Hong Kong characteristics. The 7️⃣-course cocktail-paring 🍸 dinner started with Matsuba crab 🦀 with uni. The meat gave an elegant flavour with chewy texture. Alternatively, you may choose beef tartare 🥩 as appetiser. It is very fragrant with strong taste 👅which could be balanced by the crispy and delicious tart base. Two seafood dishes followed the appetiser🐟. The Carpaccio Scallop with corn and espelette was very fresh and sweet, while the abalone served with asparagus, scallion and sabayon was really tender and fresh.
Then the lobster soup 🦞 came before the main course. It was extremely smooth but thick with rich fragrance from the seafood🐠.
You may choose barramundi fish🐠, M7 Wagyu beef 🐄 or Yamato pork 🐷 as the main course. The Wagyu beef tenderloin was very tender with a rich and delicious sauce. The meat of the barramundi was so fresh which matched perfectly with the yolk and fennel. The linguini and the Hakuhou peach 🍑dessert were also some signature dishes in the restaurant. When paired with different cocktails, the taste combination gave a refreshing add-on to any course in the menu.
