Kappo Rin specialises in multi-course omakase menus with both cooked and raw dishes designed to bring out the natural flavours of the fresh, seasonal Japanese ingredients. For me, this is the most relaxing fine dinning experience. It’s always fun to learn new ingredients knowledge from the friendly chefs!
