i ordered a dinner set with udon, sashimi and steamed egg. it was not a pleasant dinner experience at all. i am surprised the restaurant was half full the night i went. beef udon, not only can you cook this at home, but also a better one. beef was blank, no taste, it is defo some cantonese hot pot beef, cheap quality one, i had one piece and took them all out of my bowl, udon, again, cheap quality, something you could buy at the supermarket. sashimi look okay but you can tell just by looking at

sashimi look okay but you can tell just by looking at it, the colour and the shininess of it. not fresh at all, no sweetness taste or anything, and if you thought you can add a bit of a flavour to it with washibi, you are completely wrong. becuz the washibi was tasteless too.
one thing tho, this steamed egg was good, very smooth張貼
