Different from the radish cakes we usually eat, barbecued pork has been used to replace Chinese sausages. It was soft all over and would taste better if it has been pan-fried to have a crispy exterior. The Scallion Fried Chicken Chop Rice (💲52 HKD) was heavenly. Seasoned with soy sauce and green onion, the two slices of boneless chicken thighs were incredibly juicy, not to mention the rice was so fragrant and chewy that made the dish so irresistible🤤. As for the dish of Cheese Baked Lobster with Thick Pork Chop, French Fries and Garlic Toast (💲118 HKD), we tended to pay more attention to the pork chop than the lobster since it was perfectly cooked in terms of tenderness and tastiness. The two beverages, Crunchy Ovaltine and Red Bean Horlicks (+💲8 HKD for each), had our favorite whipped cream on top, though their taste was a bit average.
