canele 7.75/10 $35it was my first time to try canele, a traditional french dessert, which is very difficult to made. i have high expectation on it, it turns out to be a good dessert but it's not my favourite. the crust is a bit too sweet, with strong caramel flavour and crispy layer-like the most crispy part of a croissant, but more firm in texture. it is a bit teeth-sticking. the inner part is soft, moist, full of egg and milk aroma, vanilla is optimal, but it doesn't have much rum flavor t
