I got the fish burger meal and a small size of fish bites, at about HK$70. Compare with the Triple O's on the lower floor, this Chips Republic seems less expensive.The fish burger is a surprise to us. Instead of single layer of fish, it has two layers! The fish bites is deep fried small fish pieces, similar to KFC's hot shots. It came with a tartar sauce (or plain mayonnaise?).
I wish they will offer a piece of fresh lemon for me to squeeze it on the fish of the burger.
Just a little bit of 熱氣, I really enjoy this brunch right before getting into the theater.
If someone ask me for good fish and chips, I think I will recommend Chips Republic for the mid range price restaurant in this town.
