The New Normal at weekends in Hong Kong is now Hiking! At this pleasant day I climbed Dragon’s Back and arrived at Big Wave Bay for chill out the rest of the afternoon.Not a big fan of beers, but their names caught my eyes on first glance! “Dragon’s Back Pale Ale” and “Big Wave Bay India Pale Ale”! The former was lighter and floral, with the latter being richer, citrus and spicier. “Decent Fish & Chips” did not fool me either, nice quality of the fish with a thin crispy layer of crust. Though beaches are closed at the moment, it actually allows you to enjoy brunch/tea by the quiet sea, while listening to sound of waves!
