The temperature has just dropped so it’s time for HOT POT! There was no elevator in the building so we got some cardio done before the feast. Those stairs (out of breath)!!! There was also an actual gym on the floor below. The flambé sake beef & clamp soup base was fun and IG-able. It went well with any meat because of the sweet sake flavor. Also recommending their signature Gam Uk Cong Giu soup base (half a chicken, fish maw, winter melon, etc.) It was savory and rich. Very sticky also from the collagen. We drank a few bowls of the soup before dumping in the hot pot ingredients.
