We made a conceited effort to book in advance for this one, especially to reserve a chicken as this was one of their signature dishes - in fact a signature dish which has been rated a must try in Hong Kong!When we arrived we were greeted with menu's which had the chef's top 10+1 dishes to choose from, as well as a separate menu of a whole lot of other goodies to have. We chose the;i) Crispy chicken stuffed with special fried rice mixed with dry shrimp and tasty yamii) Deep fry mini ribs sauteed

i) Crispy chicken stuffed with special fried rice mixed with dry shrimp and tasty yam
ii) Deep fry mini ribs sauteed in special XO and fruity plum sauce served with burning alcohol
iii) Premium healthy nutritious soup: Pig lung soup with almond powder and pork tenderloin
from the recommended dishes, as well as some stir fried kale in a stone pot to maintain a healthy balance. The chicken itself was great! Well worth ordering in advance, and I applaud the use of some different ingredients in the preparation of some of the other dishes, e.g burning alcohol with the ribs, a guinness duck stew and green tea / wasabi prawns which we didn't try etc.. But in the end it wasn't a great or really different meal. Was really full but not totally satisfied with the taste or flavours. Will probably give it another go, but won't be rushing back any time soon...
