Summary: Food Customer Service: Buddha got fire Went there with frd on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered a braised ox tail with rice and frd ordered teliyaki chicken.for my braised ox tail with rice, the ox tail is cooked in a hot stone pot with nice wine sauce. beef is tender. So i am happy with it.For my frd's chicken, frd said the chicken was tender and the sauce is not too sweet. So we were both satisfied with the food for the price.HOWEVER, the customer service is very bad. they are not respons

Went there with frd on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered a braised ox tail with rice and frd ordered teliyaki chicken.
for my braised ox tail with rice, the ox tail is cooked in a hot stone pot with nice wine sauce. beef is tender. So i am happy with it.
For my frd's chicken, frd said the chicken was tender and the sauce is not too sweet.
So we were both satisfied with the food for the price.
HOWEVER, the customer service is very bad. they are not responsive, and they kept taking away your dish even there were half-finished food on them. the only "good" service they had provided was the speed of the bill. while we were still half way finishing our after meal drinks, they gave us the bill signaling we have to leave...what da!!!
