Food is good but service is not

The food is good and healthy but the service is not. The girl who's covering the morning shift never gives a smileand there was one time she didn't get the soup heated completely. Meanwhile, hope the store can open before or at 9 AM on time, cause sometime I just want to grab a breakfast but have to turn to Pret next door.
