We must admit the food menu has been set with detail thoughts. Though it’s overpriced, the food is great (if the kitchen is stable) and the chill environment is gorgeous! We went there this week and ordered our favourite margherita pizza and hot plated brownie. It turned out the pizza coming out in dark brown colour. Firstly, it is hard to believe the cook will let a burnt pizza leaving his kitchen. Secondly, we experienced the worst customer experience in our life, and thus writing a complaint to C.A. isn’t fair enough...
We asked for a new pizza, and the waiter (long hair skinny guy) just took the burnt pizza without a word and got back to his service counter, and then throw the pan (pizza) heavily on to the counter. All customers there were shocked by his act!
In order to report this case to C.A., we took a picture of its shop front together with the waiter, and what the waiter did with his colleague were smiling with funny face
