Food not bad, but service

Food is pretty good, but service is bad. Staff there is not helpful and rude. It took over 10 mins to get the rice when all the dishes were already on the table. When we asked them how long we still had to wait, the waitress was so impolite and impatient. No matter how good the food is, bad service ruin all.
