2. ginseng chicken soup(人蔘雞湯):
Ginseng, red dates, goji berry, ginger and chicken are the necerrsay elements in ginseng chicken soup. This cuisine incorporates the chickenand some Chinese medicine and gradually evolve into this comtenporary one! For some, the ginseng chicken soup has beome an acquired taste when travling to Korea.

3. bibimbap (韓式拌飯):
A hot Korean food made with rice, cooked vegitables and chilli, and sometimes even with an agg on top and
slicedmeat. Also the stone-like
container is uniquely cultural!

4. army stew (部隊鍋):
If you ask me about the recipe of army stew, I would probably say I do not exactly know, because it is too flexible."Army stew" can contain every daily food ingredient, for instance, noodles, kimchi, and veggies, and put them into Korean spicy stew.
