The other night we dined here as we would like to have some authentic Hong Kong dishes. However, as suggested by the restaurant's name, the HK may mean differently from what I expected, like Hell's Kitchen. The food was fine. The sausage platter tasted good with good seasoning and with appetizing sauces aside. The Russian Borscht and the lobster Bisque with a mini wonton were packed with flavours. The main dishes were not spectacular though, as well as the ordinary iced chocolate and iced tea

What surprised me most was the service there. Although it is called "Made in Hong Kong", the music there was mainly songs from Tik Tok and not a single Cantonese song was heard during our dining. Besides, the staff members seemed bored and not friendly. Literally no smiles I could see from them except when two waiters were fooling around and one of them was cleaning the glass of a cupboard while twerking and the other waiter was laughing.
After we paid the pill and received the receipt, there was some food left and we would like to finish them before leaving. I heard one mummur "Go la" by one of those mischievous waiters.
