Went for a bday celebration. Food was fair. Dish sizes were on the small size = overpriced. Service: terrible. Even before arriving at the restaurant, the reception called to confirm my booking 30 mins before my scheduled dinner time then requested that we return the table in 90mins. Fine dining under 90mins. Can u imagine? Once we got seated, the waitress rushed us to order tapas and main dishes all in one go. Kept asking if we were ready when we had only been seated for 10 minutes. Honestly, l

Can u imagine? Once we got seated, the waitress rushed us to order tapas and main dishes all in one go. Kept asking if we were ready when we had only been seated for 10 minutes. Honestly, let me catch up with my company first! The waitress kept disrupting our conversation and ungratefully cutting in between us to place down cuttery. By the time the tapas had arrived, i was already full of discontent. We asked to see the manager but he never came. Instead he decided to linger around our table from afar. How can you not receive your customers when they ask for you? The food arrived and we started eating. By that time, our mood was better and we thought about forgetting the whole complaint thing. BUT before we were done the tapas, the waitress came along again and took our plates away before tapas were done!
Any food after that, no matter how good, is no longer tasteful. Very disappointed. Expected a lot more from a restaurant at this level. Doesn't matter how good the food may be, service always sets the tone. My dinner was ruined. In the end i left the restaurant only half full. I would only recommend this restaurant to people who don't mind having a rushed luxurious pricy dinner. Otherwise, there are plenty of other choices out there for the same price with a more enjoyable experience.

1/ lamb shoulder size of a ladies' hand but the price of caprice's 3 course weekend lunch
2/ lobster rice. No Paella for dinner. when the pot lid was open, the feeling i got: man that lobster much be heavy cause i had to look way down to the bottom to see a thin layer of rice.
3/ mushroom pasta: a handful.
4/ got to give it to them, the olives were good. but revisit just for olives?
5/ grilled cheese. need say more?
