Recommended in Hong Kong's Michelin Guide, situated in one or the heritage building in Wan Chai, interiorly decorated heavily using mix & match style with antique furniture, providing a menu of fusion dishes, it attracts quite a number of gourmets in town to pay the bucks for its pricey dishes.

We didn't try out the set lunch as most recommend to but stick to the basics to get tase of the original cooking.

We ordered

Salad of rockets, goat cheese, olives and dried tomato $80
The entire mix went nicely with the dressing, fresh and big portion served, enough to be shared among two

FIsh and chips, peas and homemade tartar sauce $180
Served on a huge plate with a freshly deep fried baramundi, it's undeniably juicy however the crisp kept falling once you stick ur fork in, the chips couldn't be bad but not surprisingly understanding either as the potato used weren't the australian ones

Maybe the dinner menu would offer some surprise, and yet $180 for a good fish & chip would be too much, isn't it?
