If you love offals, this is the place to go: 永記潮州粉麵 (English name: Wing Kei Noodle Shop). Best known for serving offal especially pig offal. The place is old with both outdoor and indoor seating. Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. You pay on your way out.Boyfriend ordered a medium size Beef and Beef Ball Noodles ($40) as he doesn't eat offal. I had the medium size Every Pork Offal Item Noodles ($40). You get liver, intestine, ear, lung, stomach and belly. Boyfriend said it was an unlisted item and it seemed several ordered this. It was quite good. Well cleaned except for one piece of small intestine. Portion was large as well. The soup was a basic MSG broth.
Big portions. It was fairy good but unsure if I'd be back. But at least I know where to find food like this.
