Bad Experience with the Dinner Buffet. They don't serve lobster in abundance like J.W. Marriott, Ritz Carlton or Grand Hyatt. They only gave you one small piece (one side) of a poor looking lobster on a paper dish, and restricted on only one piece of lobster that all you can get, which is really really cheap, and not providing the excellent value for money like other top quality hotel buffets in HK. After all, it is ironic that they charged $748 per person on Friday night, yet being so cheap and calculating on providing lobster in abundance, by which most HK people expect high end hotel dinner buffets to offer lobster in abundance. Food taste "good", but not at "great" level though, and with poor variety. They set 2 hours limit on your dining, and service staff rushed you to go before time up by giving you the bill without asking, which was a stressful eating experience for the family. They also interrupted our dining when a promoter came to sell their promotion plan, like Staycation, and tried to collect our customer data by asking us to fill out the form.

Surely not impressive food and service, and will not come back for dinner buffet. Not recommended because food variety is about the same like their lunch buffet, but costs almost half the price. Also served only one small piece of lobster which surely got many customers upset, like we did feel tonight.
