I can't believe the incompetence at this restaurant! I specifically ordered 2 ramen, and what do they do? They randomly bring us a tiny portion of rice. At first, we thought it was included in the set, but no! The audacity of the manager lady to come over after we finished and demand payment for the rice. I specifically ordered 2 ramen, and what do they do? They randomly bring us a tiny portion of rice. At first, we thought it was included in the set, but no! The audacity of the manager lady to come over after we finished and demand payment for the rice. Obviously, I'm going to pay for what I actually ordered. I didn't ask for the rice, it was a mistake made by the waiter and their terrible management. If they knew the order was wrong, why didn't they correct it and apologize? Instead, they try to trick me and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. It's outrageous that I'm being forced to pay for something I never even wanted!I ordered 2 ramen and out of nowhere waiter gave us a little portion of rice. At first we thought it was part of the set. Once we finished and before to pay came the manager lady who said “you ate, you pay”, of course I will pay what I ordered. I didn’t order the rice, it was a mistake from the waiter and her management, if they knew the order was wrong why they didn’t correct it and said politely: “please sir, we did wrong have you this dish”.
Felt it was tricky from her and not recognizing the mistake of her staff nor saying sorry for it and being forced to paid for something I didn’t order.
