Fabulous presentation. Terrible service and hygiene. I FOUND BUGS IN MY FOOD - TWICE. I visited Epure multiple times for dinner and afternoon tea before. The experiences were okay.. Until I was there again for lunch today. We ordered the three courses lunch and everything was fine until the foie gras course. There was A BUG on the garnish. So I told the manager and they said they will prepare a new one. 5 mins later, I got the "new" piece of foie gras which obviously is the same but they just ch

We ordered the three courses lunch and everything was fine until the foie gras course. There was A BUG on the garnish. So I told the manager and they said they will prepare a new one.
5 mins later, I got the "new" piece of foie gras which obviously is the same but they just changed the garnish..... The manager emphasised that it was a different one and they made sure that it's clean this time..... So ate half of the dish and it was hard inside which is an indication that it wasn't freshly prepared AT ALL and to make it worse... I FOUND ANOTHER BUG AGAIN.
I couldn't enjoy the rest of my lunch and they offered no compensation, paid the full price. Will not go back. Ever again.
