Fresh and sweet cabbage - the best companion for yakitori. Tamagoyaki was filled with rich mayo with mentaiko.

All of the chicken skewers were prepared on the charcoal grill. The chicken wing was a standout with crispy skin and juicy meat while the wing tip was crunchy. Some skewers were dipped into their homemade tare which didn't overpower the taste of the ingredients.

The eggplant skin was carefully peeled off by chef before serving. Gingko, which they sourced the real Japanese ones, tasted sweet and nutty with a pleasant bitter undertone.

◆サーモンのお茶漬け Ochazuke w/ Salmon
Hokke was grilled to the right point. Ayu had a good amount of fat. Ochazuke, as my favorite shime, was the perfect finish for the scrumptious meal.
As a side note, their highball is the real deal which tasted pretty strong!
