By booking through Chope, you can get a free Dessert course if you order a Two Course Meal or a free Soup course if you order a Three Course Meal.I ordered the three course meal so I got four courses. I also ordered the cocktail Yellow Diamond.I have to say despite Tiffany Blue(which I tried in the past) looked prettier, Yellow Diamond actually was tastier. The lemon curd and zest on top was very refreshing, giving a citric taste without being too sour.The salad at the start was really appetizin

 The salad at the start was really appetizing. It was plated as a colorful garden all the vegetables were cooked just right. The highlight was definitely the maitake. Moreover, there is plenty of quinoa at the bottom so it is quite fulfilling even for a salad.

 The chicken broth was unfortunately a little bit too salty and covered the taste of the ravioli or the foie gras inside.
Seafood Risotto

 The seafood risotto was another great dish. They kindly explain that we should mix the sauce with the risotto so after taking our photos, they will offer a small plate for us to put the shell aside. The risotto was slightly softer than al dente, which I guess is closer to the texture that Asians like. The scallop was cooked beautifully and made me forget about the chicken broth.

 The popcorn tart was just as stunning. Not only was it plated beautifully, it was really rich as well. The popcorn was crunchy with the inside of the tart being a chocolate brownie. A lovely dessert which will be free if book through chope.
