The monkfish was nicely presented and tender while the white sauce was too thick and rich for me. The miso marinated chicken was nice while it’s on the salty side. I particularly liked the pear dessert. It’s like a craft, so delicately done and looked like a real pear from the outside while on the inside, it’s cream and pear purée. The lady said it also contained alcohol but we couldn’t taste any. The opera cake was nice as per expectation.
