Helfit Deli (已結業)

Today is my workout day. I went to Fresh Mart of Sogo CWB to grab and eat something light before the weight training. Came across Helfit Deli and found their salads looking fresh & juicy. I selected 100g Mediterranean Style Quinoa Salad($36) with half avocado ($10) and their staff introduce me for purple sweet potato smoothie($42). The salad tastes really nice and the smoothie is refreshing. The overall portion is just right for my case. Will come and buy their food again.
