I adored this bowl of noodles dearly! The fresh beef was so flavored, and cooked right to the point. It was a bit raw in the middle when served, but the hot soup got to “cook” the beef when you are eating your noodles, so that the beef wouldn’t be too chewy at the end of your meal. As for the purple potato noodles, I couldn’t quite taste the purple potato in it, but the noodles were very al dente and enjoyable! Not to miss the soup! It’s Ciuzauese homemade chicken soup! These Chicken Wings with Yellow Wine made a great side dish. The wings were flavored with yellow wine thoroughly, not just the chicken skin. Yet, they were not bitter at all. Perfect for wing lovers!
