I was meeting my friend for dinner tonight and I suggested to have dim sum. We met up at Sea Silver Restaurant and it was located at Fa Yuen Street, few minutes walk from Mongkok MTR.The menu was comprehensive, offering a wide range of dim sum cuisine, as well as set meal too. Steamed shark fin dumpling in superior soup - The soup was clear and sweet, and the dumpling was very huge in size. Dumpling was soft and juicy, with alot of ingredients in it. It was chewy as well.
Double boiled black chicken with ginseng - It was served hot and was tasty, with the soup absorbing the essence of the ingredients. It has strong ginseng taste, and black chicken was soft and smooth.
Steamed shrimp dumpling - The skin was thin in texture and was soft, and shrimp was fresh and chewy too.
Deep fried sesame cream toast - It was fried till soft and crispy and when i cut a slice, black sesame lava came flowing out and was creamy and thick in texture. It was sweet, complimenting well with the toast.
Durian sticky rice dumpling - The skin was soft and the durian fillings was creamy and thick, with strong durian taste.
