Spending a day off breakfast here to start the day slowly was unexpectedly chill. Mushroom scramble egg was delicious. Creamy egg with loaded chopped mushrooms. Not too runny and not too dry. Seasoned perfectly. Onion ciabatta was pretty big which I didn't expected. It was thoughtfully cut in half. Every bite was with pungent onion taste which was my favourite. It was light and with a real ciabatta's texture. It was a nice bread. Corn was alright. Not too salty or buttery. What disappoint me was the heavily dressed sad salad. Lettuce didn't taste as fresh or it could tell from the dull colour. Lettuce was dry with a dollop of heavy sauce. Should have asked for sauce on the side.
Premium choice was again a surprise. The king oyster mushroom was pan fried perfectly and it was in two enormous pieces. Fried egg was cooked perfectly even I asked for fully cooked yolk. It didn't taste dry or old. Gammon ham wasn't too salty. Wheat baguette was lightly toasted. Everything was delicious. Except for the heavily dressed salad once again.
It was a good start of the day with deliciousness and two cups of aromatic coffee. Nice job!
